Custom Collection View in the Overview

Navigate to the Overview

• Go to the relevant overview within your collection (e.g., Products).

Create a New View

• Click the small dropdown arrow next to the current view name (for example, "Products").
• Select "Create" from the dropdown menu.

Important:

• After saving your new view, refresh your browser before making further edits or structuring your new view.

Configure Your New View

• Give your new view a unique name.
• Set the regulatory focus if required.
• Use the "Show sidebar" option to further edit and customize your view according to your needs.

Share Your View (Optional)

• To share your newly created view with others, switch to a Collaborative View.
• Once the three-person icon appears, your view is visible and accessible to other platform users.
• Note: Only you can make changes to this view.

Tip:
You can switch between private and collaborative views at any time, giving you full control over your personal view!
