User Access Roles in meddevo: Overview and Application
In meddevo you can find two types of roles: The Company Roles and the User Access Roles.
Company Roles are used on Workflows and define who can start an approval, who can review data and documents and who can perform the final approval. Learn more about them here.
User Access Roles define who can use which features in meddevo. This can be understood as a technical role that controls who can do what in meddevo, while Company Roles can be understood as a regulatory role
| Role Name | Permission description | When to use this role |
| No Access | Nothing | This is the default role for users that have not been assigned a role yet. This can also be used if you want to withdraw access for a user without removing them. |
